Luxury architecture and ecology: a perfect tandem for your home

sustainable luxury villa

Maybe, if you think about luxury homes, the image of mansions with the best features or baroque decoration that  worth its weight in gold comes to your mind. It is a common belief that dream house’s owners don’t care about ecology.  You may think they don’t care if they waste or contaminate just to get their way. However, although you can find examples that fit this stereotype, there is another option that is already essential when building: opting for a sustainable luxury villa.

Is ecological architecture compatible with luxury? Not only do they make up a perfect tandem but also quality, durability, timeless appeal and architecture and design of sustainable homes are all the rage. This is so much the case that the ecological issue, is the cause of the increase in the house price.

How to make a luxury home sustainable? From the facilities to the gardens, let’s review what elements should not be missing in your sustainable luxury villa.

Ecological lighting

When we are designing a sustainable luxury villa, we must consider energy saving as a key aspect. For example, a good idea is to provide your house with as much natural light as possible. Thus avoid the need of turning on lights. However, at nigh-time we can face the darkness with LED light systems. They provide the necessary luminosity without wasting energy. They are always more efficient and durable than traditional incandescent bulbs. And don’t you worry, if you are thinking of putting especially opulent lamps such as chandeliers, LED bulbs will also adapt to them.

Today’s modern lighting systems with home automation, are increasingly sophisticated and practical. If you add a light control system to your sustainable luxury villa, you can remotely change the types of lighting and reduce energy consumption when you want.

Solar panels

This element is related to the previous point. Solar panel installation is increasingly becoming a popular option. Certainly, they are essential elements for those who want to live in an ecological environment since renewable energy from the sun has a leading role in energy saving.

In recent times, not only panels but also solar tiles have been developed. They allow a better adaptation to the architectural design of the roofs. These tiles have a higher price, but for those looking for something very specific in the architecture of their home without neglecting the ecological aspect,  solar tiles can be good a good option.

Energy-saving appliances

Likewise, modern appliances have an important role. The most luxurious ones are also the most energy efficient. But what is even more important, do you know how the use of a certain type of smart refrigerator can help the environment? If your fridge has a built in camera, you can see its content and buy only the groceries we need, so there will be no leftovers that end up in the trash.

Sustainable materials

Wood is a trend! Before, only those rustic style lovers might think about using this material, but it is becoming increasingly present in luxury villas. Why? Because wood with certified origin or natural stone are ecological materials par excellence.

Did you know these materials? They can be recovered wood, bamboo, cork, natural stone, recycled glass tiles, or recycled steel. They are gorgeous and looks great in at your home, besides being very durable!

In addition to the above mentioned products, you may not have considered another option to make the construction of a sustainable luxury villa a more ecofriendly process. It’s about using local materials to avoid their transportation and the negative impact of pollution caused by the long journeys.

Green spaces

Often, the most aware environmentalists seek to preserve and increase green areas in cities, called green lungs of the world. This same philosophy can be transferred to our sustainable luxury villa. Plants improve air quality, so being surrounded by nature is priceless. Therefore, in any good worthwhile architectural project, gardens can’t be ignored. Vegetation is aesthetic and attractive, it provides that chill out space that many people want, but it has other remarkable benefits. One of them is the insulating properties of green roofs and walls, which offer an extra layer, providing freshness to rooms and reducing sun heat impact.

As you can see, the sign of opulence has changed its color. Green is the new gold. If your home has a large presence of vegetation, the prestige of it will increase.

How much is your dream home?

dream home

You may already have the land where you want to build your dream home, if you’re exactly going through that moment, you may wonder: how much is it going to cost building my dream home? Where should I start from? It would depend on the location, materials’ quality, construction size and the investment we can afford on the infrastructure.

But the purchase of a land doesn’t allow us to build any kind of construction there. Before deciding to buy a property, we should read each community and town legislation, which is available at each town office.

We have to check the laws in terms of buildability and land-use, these characteristics are defined at each town or city’s legislation. The buildability of a land is the percentage over the whole surface in which we can build. And land-use is referred to the quantity of metres we can use in the field.

It’s important to check construction’s legislation in the place we’re going to build too. So it’s advisable to ask for help to a technician in order to understand the field’s construction legislation, as these laws can change even if the fields are in the same town, changes such as colours, materials, the number of floors and the exterior appearance.

Once you have chosen the field, we go to the project’s draft order. This is the stage when your dream home is designed and details are decided to make your project a reality. This is the longest stage of the process. Approximately, to have a final project it could last from 2 to 4 months depending on the size of the house.

The next step after having the project and the building permit would be to find the construction company, which is one of the most important factors for building your dream home.

You choose the price, as you tell the architect how we want our home to be and its qualities. It’s important to know the construction company’s reliability. Their team capacity and their commitment to finish the work at the proper time. The home style would depend on the customer’s preferences, classic, colonial, rustic, modern, minimalist… although we can find some of them in the same home. Materials are another factor to consider, and the façade’s design which is the first overview you receive from the work.

dream home

Other technical aspects to take into account are:

Making a topographic study.

For the foundations we have to know how the soil is and where is it. Those data are provided by the geotechnical study.

And on the other hand, the building engineer or technical architect, as this figure will be in charge of the correct work execution and will entrust himself with accomplishing the expected budget.

The periods are the following :

  • Project: between 2 and 4 months.
  • Visado colegio de arquitectos: 1 week.
  • Local permits: normally, local towns give you and answer between 1 or 2 months.
  • Work construction: with industrialised systems between 4 and 6 months. With concrete structure 8-12 months.

Another point which could be interesting for us is the funding and its requirements:

For these projects, banking institutions make available for us what we know as self-build loans, an installments kind of funding, the bank transfers the amount as the work advances. Before thinking of borrowing this loan, we have to have in mind three previous conditions:

  • Being the actual owner of the field in which we’re gping to build the home, it must be duly registered at Property Registration office.
  • Having a construction project from an architect and endorsed by theCollege of Architects.
  • Getting a building permit from the municipality where the home is.

These documents are submitted with the loan request. And the bank institution would review the operation’s financial viability and the needed quantity. Afterward, the interest rate to apply and the loan’s installments, which is usually a maximum of 30 years, although this depends on each bank.

About the loan’s installments:

Generally, the loaned money is from 80% to 85% of the final cost, but the bank doesn’t give the money in one go. The bank makes a first disposal, to allow the works to begin and which is a quantity between 40% and 50% of the total loan quantity. Immediately, construction stages are set up, so the bank checks the project is advancing as expected. And so after each stage we receive a new quantity of money until completing the loan’s entirety.

With these advices we don’t pretend you to follow all of them. But to help you making clear what is really needed.

The key factors at luxury brands industry:

-Liable products range dimensioning to be part of luxury industry.

-But, which is the purchase decission-making process. A luxury product is normally related to something which purpose isn’t just satisfying a primary need.

– Buyer’s purchase power: something more decisive than the life style or a social class belong.

Globalization caused, two consequences: an easy access to luxury products. And then the entry into worldwide market of new actors coming from emerging countries.

-It turned complicated due to counterfeiting appereance.

How do luxury brands differentiate?

Finally, the answer to this for the most part is related to intangibles, as they are customer service, and making of purchasing act an unique experience.

-Customer service. At online buying, it’s very complicated to find an online valued relation with the customer.

-Turning the product selling and the product itself into an experience. As these are very difficult to replicate.

Because of this, all the brands had to define the “customer journey”. about buying process. How to achieve a purchase from a potential customer, but above from all, what to do to maintein the loyalty; and what to offer to turn them into a prescriber of the own brand.

The best sustainable villas in the world

sustainable villas

On today’s post we’re telling you about some of the essential elements which define iLuxenio’s activity. Our subject is not other but the construction of sustainable villas.

After reading this post, you’ll know what actually means a sustainable home, which elements are them composed of. As well as the reasons of the customers to choose this kind of construction. Finally, after explaining you the current scenario for these, we’ll leave you a list with the best sustainable villas in the world.

A sustainable home is that which bases its performance and construction on sustainability principles. This will imply a clean energy consumption and even energy self-sufficiency. We can also talk about homes made of ecological materials, or which performance (apart from coming from clean energy), it doesn’t provoke any impact on the environment.

The main reasons for buyers to go for sustainable villas are:

  • Comfort: living in a sustainable house guarantees you the maximum comfort with nature, although visually it doesn’t seem to be like that. Feeling, breathing and touching a home made of fine materials always make you feel good.
  • Health: inside a sustainable villa, it’s impossible to perceive signs of excessive moisture, lack of ventilation, etc. This would help the increasing number of people who suffer from respiratory diseases. As it avoids allergy problems, asthma, migrain or skin irritations.
  • Savings: the fact that sustainable villas are built in the best conditions, talking about thermal insulation, orientation, or cross ventilation would mean that it’s easier to reach a constant temperature and that it wouldn’t require a greater energy performance for it, due to low-quality enclosures, or an inadequate construction as much as for materials as for home’s orientation. If we really want to have a full sustainable home, we won’t regret about the great advantage it brings at long-term.
  • Regulations: the Technical Building Code (TBC), on its Basic Document of Energy Savings binds all new constructions before December 31st 2020 to be considered as nearly-zero energy.
  • Lifestyle: if you feel yo owe nature, ori f you think you could be more responsible with it. The peak of a healthy lifestyle isn’t only affecting to diet or exercising, but to all the activities we’re daily doing.

How to identify sustainable villas? Which elements make them different?

First of all, the wealth of natural materials.

Sustainable villas are made of fine and local materials, and make use of them for its correct functioning. We talk about locals because of obtaining easily resources. And because these materials are naturally made for adapting to the environment where they’re extracted and where they’re going to be built.

On the other hand, the plants multitude. Those help to mantain a constant temperature and moisture in the home. Apart from it, it’s ideal to use plants which require of very few water resources an those covered with rain collected water.

Secondly, by its design and orientation.

Sustainable villas projected on a plane seem to be perfect bioclimatic architecture works. But on the ground, these could mean a pain in the neck.

On the ground, the correct orientation of the home could be something impossible to get, or the correct functioning of the house not as efficient as expected. The same thing could happen with design, the work execution has to respect and understand the villa’s performance so the inital purpose of the construction doesn’t ruin itself.

Finally, the use of renewable energies and technological elements.

Sustainable villas are match really well with technology, although we apparently match sustainability with natural and ecological. Technology is able to control some certain elements of the villa in order to reach ideal temperature conditions (smart home). And obviously, another differential element would be to see renewable energy devices joined to one of the adjacent parts of the villa.

After knowing these features of sustainable villas, here we leave below some of the best sustainable villas in the world:

sustainable villasYing Yang House by: Brooks+Scarpa

It’s a full efficient villa located at Venice, California. It’s a single-family home which adapts to the needs of a family with children.

sustainable villasZEB Pilot House by: Snøhetta

It’s located in Norway and it’s the perfect example to build rustic sustainable villas.

sustainable villasLa Casa de los Vientos: José Luís Muñoz

It’s a villa located in the province of Cádiz. From its balcony you can watch Sotogrande, the Mediterranean Sea and even the Rock of Gibraltar.

sustainable villasS-House by: KO+KO architects

In this case, the villa not only stands out for its meandering shape with S form. But for being one of the fews which provides itself with geotermal energy.

Why is luxury becoming eco-friendly?

ecofriendly

What made environmentalism and sustainability to take part into major luxury firms rather than keeping at background? As much as construction, fashion, weddings, and travels. Even touristic draws, glamping, etc., ecofriendly world and luxury are already going hand in hand. And they’re getting on really well.

But they exist complementary concepts as eco-healthy, eco-chic.. . An endless list of definitions thai s eve making us to wonder if we really understand what we read whethe to embrace it.

But, in a scene of a strong bet for what is socially responsible. And for an ecosystem which isn’t letting us more time to hesitate about respecting the environment or not. All the luxury companies from all the industries are shaping their business model performing by the rules of environmentalism principles. And for it, ecofriendly concept (friends with eco world), comes out ahead.

How did luxury and environmentalism manage to complement each other?

Probably luxury is a concept conventionally related to resources waste and to extravagance. Environmentalism, to a simple life or to make the most of resources. In common, the change in society’s mentality. Resources provided by nature and required to any created and consumed thing. Apart from that, purchase power doesn’t save anyone from floods, earthquakes or hurricanes.

Now, more aware of a responsible consumption, companies want to become leaders in opinion, trends, and consumption in this field too. Selling luxury as a way of resources conservation, the purest and as less transformed as possible.

Once this trendy relationship explained, we would like to tell you about different industries related to luxury, which are very commited to ecofriendly philosophy.

A zen luxury villa is the style (even visually) which better represents how an energy efficient house is.

Using plants for our garden that don’t require of much water resources.

Also, using disposable pallets, with a fresh painting and varnish layer, are a perfect solution for a portable table.

Painting without chemicals (mercury or lead) or holes used as stores under the stairs.

If you want to build your sustainable home or you want to check if your house is, the ideal thing is to appeal to certification mechanisms as LEED or BREEAM certifications.

These certifications establish some performing patterns for a home, and certificate it helps you to guarantee that your home is being respectful with the environment.

ecofriendly

Fashion

Also, in the world of fashion, we can see how real consumption clothing leaders as H&M or Inditex are creating their own ecofriendly and exclusive business lines.

In Inditex, ‘Green to Wear’ is in charge of the ecological management of clothes tinting, water management and machinery energy management.

On the other hand, Green Carpet Challenge event, where celebrites are challenged to parade with eco brands throughout the carpet. Eco-Age brand, supplier of eco products to the greates fashion brands, and the footwear designer Sergio Rossi left us stunning designs as this is:

But we would like to highlight too a Spanish company positioned at bathing clothes market. AllSisters has also known how to read the market’s needs and it’s already conquered several continents thanks to its organical clothes, with no need of giving up on processes functionality nor vanguardism at designing.

Travels

Especially relevant, Costa Rica is one of the most renowned countries for leading sustainable tourism. It’s an earthly paradise which has properly known how to take over ecofriendly market. Which offers wealthy hosting and activities options, all of them respectful with the environment.

Since they know their customers’ need, they know they these are ready to pay a higher price if they’re provided with services which guarantee that they’re not damaging environment. In the own country, they grant the Certificado de Sostenibilidad Turística (CST) to those hotels which meet the requirements.

Also, in the last few years an ecofriendly housing trend called glamping, has been created. It’s about the combination of glamour and camping words. And these are real sustainable pieces of art, which offer the maximum contact with nature at the same time with luxury services and equipments.

Renowned architects at luxury residential industry

luxury residentials

Luxury residentials, as those we make customized in iLuxenio,  them have a work behind that we couldn’t be able to imagine.  If we don’t know about the construction process of a home from zero deeply.

First of all, who is behind the creation of luxury residentials is mainly the architect. The authentic orchestra conductor of the works which are being built and the ones about to build. A luxury architect has qualities as them could be the extreme detail at work execution. Probably, the tendency to landscaping and a refined taste for the home adaption to the environment. From its guidance to the riges’ play  of the materials which are being used.

In addition, at the moment of building our own luxury residentials it’s essential to choose the architect who adapts the most to the home style in which you imagine yourself living in. So,  as we do in iLuxenio, where you can check the works of different architects and choose the style  which you feel identified the most.

Most renowned architects in luxury residentials:

It’s the studio directed by Rafael Llamazares and Joaquín Torres. In the projects’ portfolio they count on the construction of the exclusive and luxurious development ‘La Finca’ in Pozuelo de Alarcón. This residential complex is the home for numerous footballers and singers, among its inhabitants they are Cristiano Ronaldo or Alejandro Sanz. Both architects are friends since they studied together at University and after designing their own bar in La Coruña. The magnate Amancio Ortega asked them to design several establishments for his chain and his own residential ‘El Parrote’. Since then, their career only has emerged, until the point that they were given the task to design half of ‘La Finca’. Nowadays they own several headquarters all over the world: Dubai, Santo Domingo, India, Russia or Vietnam. Here we leave you a pic of other luxury residential projects :

This architect from Bilbao, Eduardo Arroyo, is the one behind this studio. Staunch defender of signature style, as he reflects on his works. Apart from the ideas which the ‘manipulated’ from the Architecture Colleges defend, he keeps a web open by pure ‘obligation facing the virtual world’. Therefore his projects’ portfolio is as abstract and eye-catching as his professional profile:

He’s an architect wordly known as much for his professor’s aspect as for his architect’s. In his great residential works’ portfolio we find one of the most notable, ‘Casa del Infinito’, above the endless sea of Cádiz, the city where he grew up. In addition, together with his team they run the studio which has his own name, he defines his architectural work as a mix between the Gravity that defines space and the Light which builds the time.

  • Alfredo Muñoz

This young architect is the one behind the studio Abibbo. He’s more than probably one of the new pearls of Spanish architecture.  Moreover, for his early age he has already learnt and has let himself influence by the best architects (Campo Baeza or Toyo Ito). His projects’ portfolio is very diverse but his most stunning works are luxury residentials. Also he has already built in India, Spain or Dominican Republic. This studio’s philosophy is based on architecture innovation, the urbanism, the interior design and the product development.

This Spanish architect is another indispensable in our list, cofounder of the prestigious studio Ábalos&Herreros disolved in 2008. Now he’s working too on his own account with her partner Renata Sentkiewicz in their studio Ábalos+Sentkiewicz.  He was a professor in Harvard and ETSAM, one of his most important works at luxury residentials is at the luxurious Finca Cortesín. The house is in the very middle of Costa del Sol, where they have a two villas’ project of Mediterranean style.

As a result, we recognize that this list is an understatement. As these architects are the most renowned at maximum recognition and international luxury level.  But there are many others who don’t cause the same impact by their works’magnitude, but who also deserve their position on the top of luxury architects.

Why living in Marbella

Living in Marbella

Thanks to statistics report, it’s been shown that living in Marbella is a very frequented habit, especially during the summer.

Apart from that, many of these visitors who go to tourism finally stay living in Marbella.

Those people are original from England and Germany, they enjoy of the magnificent weather in October.

Hotels nearly don’t have available rooms by this season.

Most of them already consider the possibility to stay in such a remarkable location as Costa del Sol is.

We can highlight its incredible locations as the noticeable Puerto Banús, or the delicious Andalusian gastronomy at restaurants which offer the best of it.

Although the economic crisis is noticeable, Marbella is more affected by European economies than the Spanish, as society is very heterogeneous..

An we ask ourselves, what makes of living in Marbella a lifestyle?

Starting by one of the most important points, living in Marbella is healthy.

It isn’t as noisy as living in a big city (London or Madrid for example), and it isn’t as damaged by pollution, which is provoking so many problems currently.

However, it has a great comercial activity, like it’s gained to be the most touristic place for German or British.

Furthermore, it encourages the practice of sport as much for kids as for adults with several outdoors activities or marathons.

Similarly, there’s a great cultural offer in the local theater and FNAC, which organizes cultural events for partners or no partners each month, in which it’s included film screenings, workshops, writers signings or presentations.

We consider Marbella as a very beautiful place to live, while it may appear redundant..

But if we have to choose an area:

Which are the best areas to do it?

In luxury homes in which apart from having the seafront promenade a few steps away and all the comercial streets, there’s also an extended offer in different areas- somehow more centric-as it could be Playa de la Fontanilla in Camilo José Cela street.

Wide furnitured flats or empty which offer the best views.

There are many near places as them could be the Hotel El Fuerte, Puente  Alameda, apart from many restaurants.

These are really perfect homes for the lyfestyle which offers this place: quiet but at the same time dynamic.

Another of the advantages is that these areas are also very near from the sports marina, which is another spot for nightlife.

Where in the hot nights of summer or spring you can enjoy outdoors of the best fried fish.

Apart from that, this is cradle of the area’s fishermen.

Living in Marbella

On the other hand, the Milla de Oro (Golden Mile), it covers a great area of Marbella’s beach road, reaching until the own Puerto Banús and it’s one of the most wanted for finding a home.

Apart from that, it fits to all kinds of tastes accorfing to the customer who applies for it: from apartments with stunning views, villas and paired huge homes on the seafront or very near to the most popular golf links and their enthusiasts.

Or whoever who wants a little bit of tranquility, good neighbours and many kilometers for long walks.

Somehow near from the mountain if you choose Nagüeles.

The truth is that despite being a little bit away from the centre of Marbella, you can get there in less than twenty minutes with light traffic.  Apart from that there’s an easy access by public transport.

There’s also, ease to find small shopping malls by the different areas,

As it’s La Colonia mall in the area of Guadalmina, if you don’t want to go to the own Corte Inglés, in the very heart of Puerto Banús.

As we’ve been able to check, Marbella is a place to consider to be more than a transit point.

Something further than a beach place where spending great weeks during summer months.

It’s a place to enjoy of parties at warmer months, of its weather, its beaches’ diversity or the beach bars.

But also to spend light temperatures during the winter, although sometimes it surprises us with heavy rain days.

There’s also a very diverse cultural offer.

For example, in this December month there are different events to collaborate or enjoy as them are Christmas street markets.

(They encouraged: Hotel Kempinski, Volubilis …) or the supportive races by Cruz Roja in the centre of Plaza Marbella

La Sala will make musical tributes to Adele, Michael Bublé and New Jersey Boys in the new Live Lounge.

The best restaurants, are already making their offer for New Year’s Eve dinner or parties to receive 2018 .

Or also you can go for a stroll to Parque Alameda, and the Nativity scene open to the public.

Everything’s ready.

Elegance in the luxury houses

luxury houses

From iLuxenio we propose a luxurious way of life, with our villas and luxury houses in the most exclusive zones and the most quoted soils.

A term tied to this is the elegance, which fits perfectly with a model of luxury house and sustainable villa

In which they reign harmony, coordination of elements and its resilience regarding to the environment in which it is.

For managing to reach the elegance in any construction is almost indispensable the use of noble and natural materials

Materials which transmit a sober and lacking language in ornaments that strengthens the simple lines and the most contemporary style of architecture or that simply they remember us this sensation that we always must be in contact with and to be conscious of the availability and the suitable utilization of resources.

As Coco Chanel said: ‘Simplicity is the key of the real elegance. ‘

Great part of the elegance sensation that a villa or a luxury house could transmit comes from the work of the interior design. According to Pantone (X-Rite’s subsidiary) relating agency in the manufacture, design and distribution of colors worldwide.

In all the sectors the trend colour of this 2017 is the Hunter Green or Green Mount, a very deep dark green that has been identified very well in the textile industry in portfolios and clothes in general and which also has established itself in the homes.

The perfect combination for this type of green as a primary colour is the grey, so the shade that provides to it is one of the most elegant connections, according to the renowned interior designer Roberto Lucena from the College of Interior decorators and Designers of Interiors of Puerto Rico.

But he warns us that it’s a color that, because of its depth, it’s to be used with moderation.

The perfect thing is to see it as an accessory, as a sofa, or if we want to go stronger.

We could put a gray armchair with a wall or an area in hunter green.

Lucena emphasises that where it would not correspond the hunter green, is in wide walls since spaces would get too much dark, as well as in big furniture or in carpets.

Apart from grey, blue, yellow, pink and peach would mate perfectly with this type of green.

In general terms, without bearing the trends in mind, if what is wished is the combination of elegance and luminosity for our villas or luxury houses the mixture of colors that always works is white and brown.

The brown puts its style and distinction and the white contributes its luminosity and false extent, when one finds the balance sheet between these two colors for each type of house with its respective features the result is something unique and distinguished.

If the particularity of a design is enough to award an interior design with a singular personality with much less requirements than you imagine, the use of noble materials in luxury houses and villas is another endorsement of guarantee.

Risking with organic design elements is a way of giving a fresh breath air to your villa elegantly.

A very valued material for decoration and construction because of its versatility and variety of lines, is the glass.

Its pure qualities have positioned it as a very showy and subtle element of interiors and exteriors.

And its integration with noble materials as it is the wood give to your design a marked chic style.

In trends of furniture and interior design, it’s not possible to speak about another style that is not the minimalist.

Since you could have seen in our Minimalist catalogue, it’s not necessary to exempt the luxury of this trend.

Although it is true that the confection of interiors under the minimalist principles, is an attainable challenge for the best and more experienced designers of interior, such as the ones we have in iLuxenio.

Following the minimalist design, furniture pieces integration in the same space could lead to the quality and image’s deterioration.

Minimalist in which one piece is the protagonist,  an ideal colours choice, it can give a result more than surprising.

As promoters of sustainable villas and luxury houses our advices for an elegant construction are:

  • Working with an architect with a philosophy and tastes similar to yours.
  • Asking for references of a recent and past projects’ portfolio as the ones you can consult in iLuxenio.
  • The architecture professionals bet this year for intelligent designs.
  • Characterized by several factors as they are the transformable spaces and the interactivity between the zones.
  • The transparent, laminated and brilliant surfaces are some of the aspects that are demonstrated by major force.
  • If one wants to promote the translucency, crystals are the best option.
  • Constructing with natural stones, metals and polished marbles.
  • The natural stone coatings are some very good thermal, acoustic and dampness insulatings for the villas or rustic luxury houses.

Depending on the characteristics of the chosen rock type, we will obtain a result more or less elegant.

As well as of its layers and placement procedures.

A detailed analysis of our luxury house and a decoration using this kind of minimalist elements would fascinate your guesses

At the same time that you make your own house a true home to live.
